ESTnet Members Exsel Dytecna Engineering Ltd awarded UK MOD Force Protection Equipment Assessment Contract

EXSEL DYTECNAExsel Dytecna Engineering Ltd are delighted to work in support of the UK Ministry of Defence Force Protection Delivery Team (FP DT) in order to enhance areas that include safety and sustainability of electronic equipment that contributes to the support of British troops.

The FP DT contract is for the Assessment Phase of an electronic equipment project. The project looks at electronic equipment originally procured as an Urgent Operational Requirement (UOR) with the intention of bringing it up to core equipment standards by enhancing areas that include safety and sustainability.
As a UOR Design Authority and Original Equipment Manufacturer, Exsel Dytecna is required to assess equipment previously provided in order to identify the enhancements required to achieve the higher standards demanded of core equipment.
Exsel Dytecna has designed, developed, manufactured and supported UK MOD equipment in partnership with FP DT since 2007. The Company has detailed knowledge regarding this electronic equipment and how it can retain interoperability with and be supported as part of wider suites of equipment.
